I had a game companypull four different amounts from my account,& l contacted PayPal & had 2 of the 4 were refunded. Then one refund is debited from my account so my question is: How can paypal take a refund and then remove the refund and deduct refund from my account,& then threaten collections for previously refunded amount ???
