Dear all, could you pls help me to contact any managers from PayPal who can re open the case. The company who charged me for the service says - they can not make refund due to backend problems?

Mary here from Asana Support, sincere apologies for all the back and forth on this refund issue.
I can see that the issue stems from the fact that there is an open chargeback with PayPal which means the refund failed on the backend. The plan is cancelled and the refund was issued but it failed. Can you please either follow up directly with PayPal to get the refund or drop the chargeback with PayPal altogether so we can refund you.
Kindly confirm back when you have spoke to PayPal and I would be delighted to get this issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.
