I am seeking assistance regarding the retrieval of payment history that I have made to an individual through PayPal. I have consistently utilized this account and method for sending payments. Although the platform states that I can access records dating back seven years, my access is currently limited to transactions starting from November 30, 2021. This time frame is insufficient for my needs. I require a complete overview of all payments made from approximately December 1, 2020, to the present. To alleviate the time and effort required, let me explain the error I am encountering.

I began experiencing issues after November 30, 2021. Prior to that date, everything functioned properly; however, subsequent to it, all the dates are now crossed out and displayed in gray. The interface indicates that I have the capability to access data for up to seven years. I have attempted to resolve this issue on both my personal computer and my mobile device.
