I cant get my credit balance on paypal to my bank account - except over Xoom with a charge of 4,99€. Usually it worked without a charge (taking 3 to 4 days). I already recieved mails from paypal regarding the amount I have recieved/sent during the year (over 2.500€) and I am supposed to log into my account and answer questions regarding my "company". I neither have a company nor do are there question to answer on my account to paypal (I have logged in on the app and the Browser and clicked on the bell icon!! There are no questions to answer there!). The telephone operator is useless (tellung em to answer the questions in my account, when tjere are no questions!!!) - its infuriating!
