Item not received

Hi All, I purchased some shoes on eBay in September. The seller gave a tracking number, but the item never moved to received, let alone sent or had any movement. I lodged a dispute with PayPal five weeks ago. The date on resolution just keeps moving and moving. I’ve called twice and was told result by the 1st November, then 8th, now saying 17th. The lady on the phone said it’s been escalated - but that it’s ‘complex’ and they’re waiting on the seller. Any advice?

Just wait it out, if the transaction was international then more time is allowed for the seller to sort things out.
