I have not received my refund when it says it has been paid to me I don’t know what to do next

It says I have received my refund but it is not in my account it’s over two weeks since they told me I don’t know what to do next to salve this

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Hello! I'm having the same problem.

I bought 2 Steam games with Paypal and then requested a refund for both games on 16/10. Received 2 emails from Steam accepting the refund: ok; received 2 emails from Paypal saying Steam issued the refunds: ok; on that same day (16/10) I received the money from 1 refund, the other one hasn't been credited to my card so far, it's been 1 month (today is 16/11).

On the Activity tab on Paypal website, both are marked as complete. When I try to report a problem with that transaction, it tells me I can't open a dispute for that kind of transaction.

Suggestions?

I have a similar issue, 3 refunds that say completed in PayPal but are not back on my credit card. There is NO option to speak to someone anymore so how do I get this investigated? I WANT MY MONEY!

I have read this post, it does not help when Paypal state they have sent the money back to my card and it just isn't there. It has been 2 weeks now. I have received other refunds via Paypal back to my credit card with no problems during this time but there are still 3 outstanding from the beginning of November. There is absolutely NO-ONE to talk to on the phone regarding this so there is NO WAY to get it investigated. The AI robt does not help and you can't raise a dispute against a refund that is saying it has been processed. I am so annoyed at Paypal. My bank doesn't have the money and I do not have the money. It's gotten stuck somewhere in the middle and I can't get ANY help 😞  😞  😞  😞  😞  😞  😞

I was able to contact them via chat by constantly telling the bot that I wanted to speak to someone. They eventually contacted me via PayPal messages 2 days later with a contact number to call, but it is only for Australia so KS7771 I hope you can get through to someone too 🙂
