I hate PayPal

I don't use PayPal money that much and I am shipping out a bike. I am not a business, this is a one-time transaction. Holding my money for a month is unnacceptable. I will not ship the bike until the funds are in my account. It is almost 3600 dollars and the bike will not leave my possession until the money is in my account. I made the shipping label to speed up the process but I still haven't received my money. This is a joke.

How can I get my money now.

Firstly are the funds showing in your balance but on hold?

Secondly if you don't ship then you risk the buyer opening a dispute for non receipt of item so that they get a refund.

If you don't want to ship before payment then you would need to sell cash on collection.

That's unbelievable. The community I'm a part of uses PP a lot for trades and such but I'm just seeing more and more evidence to avoid PayPal at all costs and use other mediums that don't steal your money and hold onto it but try to claim its yours....
