I can't withdraw money

For several days I can't withdraw money to my debit card (Revolu) because I need to withdraw cash. One withdraw was denied and for the others I receive message "There is problem. Right now we're not able to complete this transaction." Of course I chatted few times with agent and always received same answer to wait several hours to system restart. And nothing happened, always same error. I also tried to add USA bank account and same error occurred. Please help me!

I have a Visa card from my local bank CIHBANK.

I used to withdraw monthly from it. Now, when I go to the transfer page, the card does not appear as an option.

Is there an explanation?

I think there is a bug in the system, i'm not able to transfer money to any of my cards which are already linked and i have already sent money to them previously. Now PayPal says "These cards can't be used ... etc".

What is your PayPal account country please? is it Morocco?

I've been having the same issue since yesterday as well.

@kernowlass  Thank you for clarifying. However, I must inform you that as of now, Revolut France (the branch I registered my account with) is authorized by the ACPR, making it a recognized financial institution.

@RDMerch  While I believe your question is irrelevant, I am also using PayPal Morocco.

In both cases, this doesn’t change the fact that there is an issue. I’ve been using my account for 3 years and never had a problem until yesterday. PayPal must have changed something. Searched around the web and it does not seem to be a unique issue, over the past 2 days multiple posts have been created about this.

I am from Morocco and I am facing the same problem.

The Visa card that I have been using for withdrawal for more than year does not appear in the withdrawal options.

Please solve this problem.

Finally after several weeks I was able today to withdraw my money to Revolut. What changed- I don't know but I am happy. Good luck to everybody!
