It appears that many of us are unable to file claims due to a technical issue with the Total Refund Amount Field. It is pre-populated with "NaN" and the dispute cannot be submitted without this field containing a valid dollar amount. This has been reported multiple times. What is exceptionally frustrating is the expectation that EACH affected party must take time during business hours to call PayPal customer service. My suggestion is that PayPal get a clue and treat this as a system issue and resolve it as such. I've tried to file the same claim 3 times now, and if I feel like $30+ dollars is worth even more of my time, CALL PayPal tomorrow. I can't even email them the problem. I have a small business and PayPal sure takes enough in fees to actually provide customer support.
