how to contact paypal , to verfi bank account after 180 days ,to withraw my mony from paypal?beocuse i try to link bank account thay ask me to ( sontact us ) to verfy adn link ?

I contacted Paypal phone, only autamtice reply me, I can't reach people to help me solve my problem,
Through messages, they direct me to communicate with them by phone, and the   autamtice phone only answers me, they want to help me without reaching them,
They say they are trying to call me too and they say the phone is not available,
Twitter and Facebook direct me to customer service in paypal ,
4 days of suffering to reach people to communicate with them to solve the problem without any use  ,
