Thank you for the post. I understand you are concerned about the Full payment on Pay in 3. I suggest you to check the Activity log for the transaction details. It can be an authorization for the order which reflects with the complete payment. You can check the card statement for the payment debit(please do not consider authorization on card statement). It should be the first installment(not full payment). For more help, please contact PayPal support.
