Sold item privately to buyer. Received payment. Printed UPS label via Paypal/Shipstation, shipped item. UPS tracking shows delivery 44 hours ago. Status of transaction record hasn't changed. Transaction record still says:

Is there something I have to do to get my money "within 1 day of delivery"?
Yep, I had seen that page. I used one of the methods it says will shorten the hold: cause automatic tracking by using an approved shipping carrier, in this case by printing the label via Paypal.
As I noted in my OP, my transaction info says, "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery."
