Unable to enter tracking due to a technical issue

Hello!
I sent the paid goods with DHL, but PP doesn't allow me to introduce tracking. I keep getting a message about a technical problem!
The package is delivered, but this can not be reflected and the money stays for several days "Payment Status: ON HOLD".
The support service is constantly busy, can you help me? Where is the problem?

same, cant update tracking info, keep saying there is a technical difficulty, would be glad if someone have any idea how to fix this
