Despite receiving a transaction reference number, I have not yet received the money. Can I get any help using the transaction reference number

Could it be a scam where you get fake paypal emails?

If not double check the email address the payment was sent to and that it is the correct one that is linked and confirmed on your paypal account.

Also was the payment sent in a currency you have added as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Have you c onfirmed your email address?
