Sent email about confirm transaction my credit card I didn’t make it

Dear Sir/Madam Yesterday sent me email about confirmation my credit card and I already confirmed before 1 year and login my account they tell you make transaction at 14 oct 2021 I didn’t make transaction and why will charge me 1.95 $ for confirm my credit card. Best regard’s Faisal
