Refund canceled

Hello, I made 2 claims about a product I never received.

The seller entered refunds, but one has been cancelled and the other is still in pending.

I contacted the seller and waiting for her to answer.

But it doens't seem that I can escalate the claims anymore. Status is "under reveiw"

What will happen now? Is Paypal looking into this?

what if the cases are closed but I still don't have my money?

If the case closes because the seller issued refunds but the refunds fail then you would need to contact customer services and tell them that so that they can re-open the case for you.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
