Hi I am trying to purchase an item in New Zealand. Will PayPal have payment options fore the purchase?

Depends if the merchant accepts paypal as a checkout method.

They do accept PayPal for payment. I am hoping that PayPal works the same in all countries where you pick your form of payment as in which payment method like pay in four or pay later over 12 months is what I was wanting to ask.
