Money still on hold 24 hours after delivery

While I wait I will explain the situation. I sold an item via paypal, and the money is still on hold. It was sold on Friday last week, shipping info was inserted on Saturday (When it was shipped), and it was delivered yesterday Now the money is still on hold, while the buyer does not have a "received item" button on his transaction. When I go into the transaction, it says "You have successfully updated shipment information, Youll get your money within 1 day of delivery. It has now been more than a day and I still have not got the money. I require assistance with this please.

Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.
If completed and no funds are released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
