In case of my death, how to stop recurring payments

Hi

I am a 70 years old individual, what happens with the recurring subscriptions when I died?
Apple has a backup account or Family account.

Does PayPal has something similar, I tried and couldn’t find if it is possible.

Your executor would be able to contact customer services and have your account closed which would end the payments from paypal.

They may also need to contact those companies and inform them that the subscriptions are no longer going to be paid and the reason.
