I have asked PayPal to cancel transaction of 0.10 because I have now deleted the following app of habit gift because it was too confusing. The app that I have deleted is called habit gift on the Google play store please reply to me as soon as possible because I want to make sure that the payment has been sent back to the sender
That would be between you and the vendor to sort out.
Paypal is just a payment processor and pass the funds on to the seller for you.
They do not cancel transactions or payments, they just give you some buyer protection for non receipt of item or item received but not as described as long as you open a dispute in the resolution centre.
