I'm getting an error that says "Let's try again"

I'm getting an error that says "Let's try again" when I try to view the status of my transaction in the resolution center. I have two pending transactions I am trying to dispute to AliExpress because I already paid for them with a different debit card because it told me my PayPal transactions failed on AliExpress. Although it actually took the money from my PayPal balance...

What should I do?

Hello, @Reed2001. I understand your concern about not being able to submit a dispute via the Resolution Center. However, the reason you're seeing an error message is that it's not possible to submit disputes unless a transaction has the status of Completed.

In the situation you've mentioned, while money may have been deducted from your balance in anticipation of a completed purchase, it will be returned as soon as PayPal can confirm the transaction will not occur. If the process involves an order and authorization, a merchant could take steps to claim money that was put on hold up to 30 days after the date the transaction was initiated.

The best thing to do is to keep an eye on your PayPal account and email account. You will receive an update as soon as any money is returned to your account.

I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Sincerely,

Michael
