How to cancel an automatic payment?

I activated an automatic payment for a VPN service months ago, and I would like to cancel the automatic payment now as I am not using the service anymore. But when I follow the instruction on cancelling automatic payment, I can't find the Automatic Payment option, the instruction shows that it will be under Wallet, but it does not exist in my account. Then I check the transactions history, it shows no transactions history available even though I have paid few months to the VPN company, an email address also sent me payment receipts monthly and money was deducted from my bank account. Anyone has any idea what is the problem?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
