Why is it in euro and can I convert it to USD?

Did your buyer pay you in euros?
Did you request them to pay in dollars?
Click on your paypal wallet and make sure you put the icon next to USD as your primary currency.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
