Holding up my payments but PayPal's phone number doesn't even work - call me dodgy!

So PayPal are holding up payments from my online store because there has been significant changes in the account activity. WTF!? Really?

 

I opened my account and started using it - that's why the activity has changed - it's gone from being created to being utilised. And that's called PROGRESS.

 

All the orders have been delivered I've uploaded the requested paperwork and Oh No it's still not enough. How about a pound of flesh...?

 

Furthermore when I call the New Zealand phone number listed on the site I get a message saying the phone number hasn't been allocated to a phone - and I'm the one doing dodgy dealings? Come on PayPal get your **bleep** together I'm trusting my customers money to you yet there is an issue my end? You've taken your fees already but my cut is on hold - no doubt in an interest bearing account making you even more $ from my transactions.

 

No problem I'll just ask my customers to request a refund from YOU and pay me directly. Then I'll close my account and remove you as a payment option from my store...
