Hello, how can I cancel a payment please? I opened the transaction activity in PP and there is no cancel button. Payment was made (today) prior to website advising me they don't ship to my country. So PP completed the checkout process without the online the order being finalised.

Sadly you can't cancel a completed payment.

It would be up to the seller to issue you a refund.

If they don't then click on the transaction and using the resolve problems link file a dispute for non receipt of item.
