I have been using PayPal recently for services and receiving money from the same person every week. I always complete the get money sooner and mark it as a service and also on advice from the PayPal community I edit the tracking info to indicate this doesn't need a tracking number as the services have been completed. The last 2 transactions this hasn't worked and PayPal is still holding the money for it looks like the full 21 days. I've sat on hold with customer service for someone to tell me the customer has to confirm services are completed but customer doesn't have that option to do so. Any suggestions will help
