Cannot cancel automatic payment

In the past 10 days I am trying to cancel an automatic payment.It is a subscription which you can cancel whenever you want.When I go to payments and click on the company name it always ends with "PayPal: Internal Error We are not able to process your request. Please try again later.".I tried from different browses,from the mobile app ,it is the same outcome.Never had the same problem.What else can I do?

If you have already completed the steps for canceling an automatic payment outlined in the Help Center and have been unsuccessful, I suggest contacting our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page to view available options.
