I just started using PayPal and I was wondering whether I can use PayPal normally without linking a bank account or debit card. By normally, I mean sending and receiving payments (withdrawing would anyways require a bank account).
P.S. This is a repost, and this time, I have included my country and account type info too.
from my understanding , yes you can , but you wont be able to transfer your funds to your cards if not so, so the only thing you will use this paypal for sending money to friends , or buying something online
