Can I have a refund sent to a different bank account?

I'm getting a refund from a merchant that will post to 1 of my bank accounts. Can I change that to go to another bank account? Both of the accounts are linked to my Paypal account.

Sadly not as refunds go back to the original source of the initial payment.
