Please my funds were held for 180 days of which it was released and asked me to transfer my funds. But the debit card linked it has been deactivated by my bank.. is there another way for me to transfer my funds?

In case you have received a communication from PayPal to withdraw funds, please try accessing the account and try adding a bank account or card so that you can confirm the same and withdraw funds. If you are unable to do it, please contact PayPal support for better assistance.
