Suggestion for Shipping/Tracking number

CHANGE THE TRACKING NUMBER INPUT AREA - I have a retail store but I also have a significant phone order clientele - I do not sell through my website because all of my orders are 100% custom.  It would be very helpful to change the order fulfillment area to offer 'LOCAL PICK UP" and 'HAND DELIVERED"  as options to prove fulfillment of an order.  There is not always tracking information to provide so the current options are very limitging and also cause the algorithms to question my order fulfillment as "potential fraud" because I do not always have a tracking number.

1. Update the order status if the held payment is for a service or intangible item (e.g. piano lessons, e-book). We'll release the hold 7 days after you confirm the order status as Completed.

Thank you for your response - it's not about payments held.  It's simply a request to add one additional options to the "Status of Order" options which states "LOCAL PICKUP/DELIVERY" - this will provide a more accurate status for those who serve the local community as well as online or distant customers.
