Be very carreful of the paypal **bleep**.

You pay a seller 354AUD.

Paypal take 200GBP from your account.

The seller can not provide the item and refund 354AUD.

Paypal give you back 188GBP and keep 12GBP conversion fees for himself.

Paypal is a burglar.
