NO clue if Paypal staff monitor this community, but I don't know any other way to provide feedback.
The new Transfer Money UI is HORRIBLE, in that it automatically fills in your ENTIRE balance to be transferred and when you click the Transfer button, it sends it right away, no review page to ensure you selected everything correctly (including the amount).
When being distracted I have accidentally transferred ALL of my money to my bank; which tied up my money for a week waiting for it to clear my bank and then transfer BACK to Paypal.
And since then I've been extra vigilant, but still have nearly transferred all my money a couple more times since.
The AMOUNT field really should be blank to force you to enter how much you want to transfer. You can show the total balance and/or have a button/selector to select total balance to make it easy on those who like to do that.
There then should also be a review page after the Transfer Money button is clicked.
It seems that every other software that does payments or transfers makes it a 2 step process to help you ensure you didn't make a mistake or have a typo.
This feature should function the same way especially when it means large amounts of money could be tied up for several days; that is HUGE for a business.
