I just sent a donation of $20 to someone overseas. It converted to 17.62 euros....as I continued and filled out the thank you I thought I'd rather send 20 Euros. THe only way I could do that would be to start all over. Give us a screen where we could make changes, such as to the amount, or our text, or the payment source before we hit submit. It wouldn't take much on your part, but would allow for higher customer sat, and increase the funds passing through PayPal.
