Have seen my account has an entry as 'Constant Price Monitor Ltd' wanting to debit my account by £143.

can anyone explain what this is?

kernowlass, please read carfully before coming up with a smart reply. I said wanting to debit my account, not has. I was just wondering if any other account holders have experienced this.

I did and the answer is the same, if someone is wanting to debit your account then you would have bought something from them.

So surely you would know if you had bought something or if it was an unauthorised transaction?

Or know what the transaction was about.

And if you did not then how are we supposed to know???

The reason I'm asking is because I'm not experienced regarding using PayPal, so decided to ask more experienced people on this community site.

Putting the question another way, if  an entry appeared on your account requesting some money and you have certainy did not purchased anything from them what would you do?, just leave it or report it ( if so what's the quickest way do this ?).

Have they sent you an invoice to pay??

If so then if you have not bought anything from them (just did a google and it looks like a tyre company), then just ignore it.
