My son has a Student Account. His balance shows one thing but when he tries to use his card it tells him he doesn't have enough funds. The list of transactions can be very confusing. It lists transactions as completed, holds, released but how do you know for sure how much money is availabe.
We're aware of this shortcoming in the display of Available Funds on the PayPal Student account and are working to improve the display. Thanks for posting this and will let you know once we have an ETA to resolve this.
