very small UPS label

I am trying to use the UPS portion of paypal for my EBay shipping and when I print the label it is super small.  Everything else prints fine including the ones I have done for USPS.

Any ideas would be super helpful  : )

I'm having the same problem.  My labels are 2" x 3 3/4"!  They are barely readable.  Even if I change my settings to 300%, they're still the same size.  Help!
