I'm so sick of not being able to keep up with my ebay balance. I have a small ebay store who ships every monday. If I spend say $200 on shipping via UPS I know that if I check my paypal account 2 hours later I will be charged and additional $200. I usually get this money back in around 5 days.
For example last week I was double charged about $160 on Monday. Yesterday morning I noticed the money was back in my account. I pulled just about every dollar I had out of paypal via my debit card after this leaving just a few dollars. Today I received $150 in paypal payments and made 0 PAYMENTS OUT. This should give me a balance of $150 and some change. However I have a list of 20+ UPS payments that show paid today for items already shipped and received. So at first I was being double charged and now it's up to triple charged. I should have a balance of 150'ish and need to pring shipping labels but some how I'm over drawn! I've asked questions about this for months and it never gets answered.
