Has the issue with printing UPS labels ever been resolved? I have also received this same message (listed below) for several months now and can not fix the problem

I have the same problem you mentioned. I called UPS an dthe first they said the information wasn't the same, but now it ought to match, and I STILL have that same message:

That is sheer idiocy!
