The buyer's name and shipping address could not be pre-filled because your eBay username has not been added to your PayPal profile.
To add your eBay username to your PayPal profile, go to your PayPal Account Profile and click on the Auctions link in the Selling Preferences column.
I get this same randomly. Over the last year I’ve sold many items on Half.com and about every third or fourth sale does this. I had been able to fix it by making sure that I was logged out of eBay and PayPal before clicking the Print PayPal Shipping Label button but today that is not even working. I’ve not changed my passwords and can log into PayPal and eBay and Half.com normally. I wish they would fix this.
