Shipping label but no order

Suppose I have a customer that pays me with cash, check or barter. In other words, there was no order created in Paypal. Can I create and purchase a shipping label using Paypal even though there is no order posted?

Yes you can. Launch the multi order shipping tool, and use the create option. It will then let you manually enter in your shipping information.
