Shipping emails not being sent

In the last two days the shipping labels generated in Multi Order Shipping complete the process and print out, but the emails that we use to update our order system are not coming through consistently. Out of 26 labels printed tonight, I have emails on 2 labels. These did not go to any spam or junk folder on my end. Is anybody else having this issue?

Mine are not as well, I am not getting mine (the merchant) and the customers is not getting theirs? So I keep getting emails from customers asking when their order will ship. So you are not alone.

I am experiencing the same issue.  Have also monitored my Spam Folder, but alas, nothing there either.

Since early Friday we are having the same problem .... about half our shipping label have not been confirmed with a service@paypal  response email. 

 

Our shipping system is set up to rely on these emails so this a BIG FREAKING PROBLEM.

We called PayPal customer service yesterday and were told to check our spam folders and junk mail filters etc. etc. etc.

which we had already done several times both enduser and at the server level. 

 

After insisting that the email were just not being sent ... the rep advised that PayPal would "look into it" and (perhaps) get back to us.   I don't think I'll be holding my breath on that ..

 

I would be interested if anybody else has called customer service and if so, has PayPal at least acknowledge there is a technical problem at their end ???..
