The last two times I tried to print shipping labels, when I clicked "print" I get an error message about IE and page freezes and label doesn't print. I have to close out of the pop up error messages and then the page refreshes but not to the page where the label can be printed. HOWEVER, There is a tracking number and I was charged. I have to go back and do a reprint, at which time it works fine. This is getting to be a PITA. Is there a fix?
I'm having the same problem with trying to print a shipping label - I've been trying for over 24 hours now and still not able to. Any idea when this will be resolved?
