Hi I bought this label printer (Brother P-touch QL-1050) as it's allegedly compatible with paypal postage. Only problem is everytime I print a label it won't print too 102mm x 152mm. I have tried test prints in Word and they come out full size.
Unfortunately the label printing at present is not acceptable as even with my glasses on I struggle to read it. and the barcode is tiny.
Any ideas please.
Oh by the way I am in the UK so don't (can't find) Printer settings with my paypal profile. And I don't want to have to switch back to Royal Mail online postage as thats a hastle in its self.
