I am trying to print a shipping label, which I have done hundreds of times. The only thing that is printing is the bottom file:// line. I have done this 3 times, each time having to void the transaction.
Yes, it happened to me about 2 years ago. I can't remember exactly what I had to do, but I think I had to update Java. I have provided you with a link to Java's website (see below) and their latest version. The popup that happens to give you the paypal shipping label runs off of Java. I hope this solves your problem. I'll keep researching for you and see if there are any other possible solutions. But, for now, try this. Let me know if it works.
