Paypal shipping unavailable????

Tried to print label to ship item to England but it says shipping unavailable??????

Yes, I've read the troubleshooting shipping by paypal Amanda.   Address is a confirmed address and there's nothing wrong with the address (even tried retyping it) but still service is unavailable.   What's going on?

Searching thru this board topic, I see this is a recurring/intermittent problem, yet there seeems to be know real answer concerning its cause and/or solution.   Only "solutions" offered are to go to some alternative shipping method or provider.

You mean Paypal can't answer or address this problem - WTH?

Weii, whaddaya know!  Finally was sucessfull and printed the label.   How'd I do it?   Just kept retrying and it finally worked as it should - no "shipping unavailable" message.   Go figure.

I'm purchasing an item on eBay to be sent to another person. I'm receiving the same error message '

Important: Your PayPal addresses are currently unavailable. Please refresh this page to try again. If this problem persists, please try again later.'

Both the shipping addresses are loaded into eBay and PayPal. I see the address, choose the address from the drop down menu and I still receive the same error message. I can't seem to find a solution. It must be a system wide error because, I also see that other people are posting about the same shipping error.
