I was wondering if other users are having problems with Paypal shipping. Paypal multi-shipping didn't worked yesterday and today. I tried doing it one at a time yesterday and it worked but today it's giving me a "Paypal shipping is not working" message. I changed my browser and clean up my caches, cookies, etc but still getting the same message.
Am I the only one getting this problem? or Paypal is having technical issues?
