PAYPAL! WE ARE MISSING FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS!!!

There is not an option for the LEGAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE or the PADDED FLAT RATE ENVELOPE!

I just had to pay $20+out of pocket to re-ship items because I didn't have these options while shipping.

i know! i advertised $5 for shipping but Paypal says the shipping is $12! Everything I made is going to shipping! 😞 

we need this to get fized or else Ill stop using paypal!
