Label not printing in google chrome

The last few days I have been fighting with paypal to print labels, after hitting the pay button a new window SHOULD pop up and the label displayed so it can be printed.   Like I said it should, but it's not popping up for me and NO i dont have popups blocked!

after hitting the "reprint" label 5 times it MAY print but normally just opens a blank window that times out.

anyone else having this issue?

I tried the IE Tab extension for Google Chrome and that did not work for me. A pop up window opens, but the browser says the page cannot be found, so there is nothing to print. I'll have to take my items off Half.com if I cannot print shipping labels.
