How do I change Order Status from "in Process" to "Shipped"?

I put "In process" because I had everything ready to go but hadn't had a chance to ship it right then. I just wanted to make sure the customer knew that it would be on it's way into the mail shortly.... Now I can't change the Order Status. I feel this is preventing me from getting my funds sooner than later, too. 

I've had nothing but obsticles trying to figure out how to ship my items, get the propper shipping supplies from the Post Office (which they did not have >_<) down to printing shipping labels on ONE page instead of two.

Is it always this **bleep** hard to ship things? Jeebus!
